Hi all, Happy New Year 2012! Let us shine and make the best out of this year!

This would be my first post in the new year. I will recap what I have encountered throughout 2011 as a reminder for me :)

2011 in general had been good and nice, here are why:

1. Signed a real work contract, and graduate from an internee toward a more serious status :p
2. Moved to this remote place, away from family (the furthest so far). Learned a lot of things along the way
3.Trusted to co-manage complicated things involving more than 20 people in it. Developed all the managerial, analysis, and strategic planning skills needed to handle issues and pursuing the project’s goal (which I found challenging yet exciting)
4. Felt depressed and stressful over months because of the same reason :p, but I managed to pull myself back together at the end of the day
5. Encounter fascinating people whom I befriended with until this second (you know who you are)
6. Get my body into shape (or not?) with HHH-Hash Run Soroako ;p
7. Traveled to exotic places in the country (Toraja, Tolala, and several nearby places from here)
8. Balanced my life a bit more in comparison towards 2010 :)
9. Got my sisters and friend visit in this place
10. Went to Korea with fabulous travel-mates! ;) enjoyed all the places we went
11. Found out what I really want to pursue in 2012.

Those were the highlights, many more happened but I would say those showed enough already how I really feel living in 2011, not a bad year at all although I found it tough sometimes

I never regret to moved and stay here, meet all the people, and learned a lot of interesting facts and things along the way. The fact that I had that ‘aha’ moment on the last days of 2011 opened my eyes and mind, what should I do to get the objective of my medium-term goal for 2012.

Fingers crossed for the plan. However great the plan is, we never know what will happen later. Therefore I hope I would be thankful and happy whatever the result is. Life will bring me good, real good surprises this year, I can guarantee :)
